Inside My Poem Book : I Volunteer ! You?

Every drop of rain  fills the pond , we see.
Each step taken moves us forward
A single seed develops into a strong Tree
So, do your bit to save our World

Get plastic bags out of your home,we should
Those killer plastics is choking our Mother Earth
Accumulating her stomach, like indigestible food
Its not too late than never to protect her worth

Though man-made creation are considered as boons
They still create side-effects very slowly and steadily
Known to the humans late , occasionally alarming croons
To bring strong effects just to extinguish the life fully

Mobile phones ,a boon in communication technology
Clogs the communication between the nerves of human mind
That this waves is already disturbing the Ecology
Extinguishing tweeting sparrows, one of the bird kind

Beware! The stress will find a way out to release its tension
Today the earthquake, tomorrow many more to witness
For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction
Let them not happen, awake before they create any mess

Anything in over-excess is sure to dump the Earth
So use inventions just right to neutralise the Nature
Saving like an ant , guarding us from any dearth
Like saving water and saving energy for the future

All Resources got from Nature should go back to it
Make our home Nature friendly, lets work forth
Optimization! Find and make ways to inherit
Lets join hands to defend ourselves, " Our Earth "

I always have a tendency to be struck with sadness whenever some calamities happen , be it a Earthquake, a Tsunami, an accident ,a hijack or terrorism anywhere on Earth.Apart from humans attacking humans ,the nature also shows it wrath to us. Who should we blame? The former, the humans should be inculcated with the meaning of love and power of helping from birth to minimize terrorism .The latter ,we all should join hands including the former to save ourselves .A bit of what I can do and wanted to do is this post.

Your words have Powers.Someone reading it changes somewhere .You and I,we both witness the wrath of Nature. We both have the duty to volunteer and save what we can. You may be a Poeter , a Writer, a Blogger, a Photographer , an Artist or even just a normal Reader.Whomever you are , just spread the message in your own way.

You  might  link whatever you had done after reading this post in the comment section below or you are free to take any badges ( from below)and use them in your blog , its your wish.

BADGES (MORE BADGES)

Don't just stop by spreading the message ,Volunteer them .Do them yourselves.

This would be a better place to embed what and who I admired from my childhood. A tribute to "Micheal Jackson"

I volunteer , You?

Spread the Message!

  1. Thanks for spreading the word! So many people ask what they can do because they are only one person, but 1000s of "one persons" can do a lot. Great poem.

  9. I think we become very conscious of the pain of the earth and the need to help at a time like this. Nicely written.

  10. 'Extinguishing tweeting sparrows' made me laugh, despite the serious nature of your message. I am a devoted recycler, and hate plastic for what it is doing to the earth.

  11. @All Thank you! I am really happy that inside us we all have the same sympathy and love for our earth. Thanks once again for visiting

@vivinfrance-Thank for dropping by.Yes , I did use the word "tweeting" for one reason ,just to compare the nature(tweet of birds) and invention(tweet of mobile/net).

This Tweet meaning "A weak chirping sound, as of a young or small bird " is overpowered by humans TWEETing a lot and their number increases every day thus leading to the extinguish of some small birds like sparrow...
