What is PI ?

Pi means "Greek letter or Ratio of circle's diameter to its circumference" and is denoted by π ,the value being 3.14.Archimedes named the "number eventually to be known as pi" the Archimedes Constant.

What is Pi- Day ?

Pi Day is a holiday commemorating the mathematical constant π (pi). Pi Day is celebrated on March 14 (of the date's representation as 3/14 in month/day date format or 3/14 in month/day date format), since 3, 1 and 4 are the three most significant digits of π in the decimal form.

What is Pi-ku Haiku ?

The true beauty of pi lies in its flexibility.Most of you would have seen the Movie or Read  Dan's Brown s "The Da Vinci code".There you can see how beautifully Pi is taken into next level comparing its beauty and relationships with human forms and nature.

Here , I have done my bit of writing on the "Beauty of the Number PI"

It shows up in equations relating to DNA double helix descriptions, harmonic motion theory, superstrings, Einstein's gravitational field equation, you name it.Thats the " beauty of PI "
