Never Miss You!

Hi All,

Here is a poem based on Love.I named it "Never Miss You".
Your presence to my blog encourages me to write more poems .Never should I say,"Hi Guys, I miss you reading them".

NEVER MISS YOU

Hey, Did I ever tell you I miss you
No, You never gave me a chance too
You were at my side everytime I needed you
And the way you look at me ,I know your love for me is true
You brought light into my soul

So bright that it lifts my life to whole
Whether I succeeded in my life or not
I knew for sure this life of mine means
a lot

I was there for someone who loves me everyday
And someone there to cuddle up when in my bed I lay
I cook for you ,wash and clean for you all day
And for all of us to be happy like this , I pray
Never should I get a chance to say I miss you, dear
So be with me ,be for me , forever and always near

Poem About My Friend

Poem about my friend -
This poem is about a person who I met in real life while working for Telephone Company.Hope when he reads it,he finds out who it is. It is simple, short and just for fun .I dedicate this poem to him,my friend.

I wrote a poem about you, my friend
So read it from the starting till the end

You were a different person in my life I met
A person so childlike in character, you became my pet

The way you look through the glasses fitting in your twinkling eyes
And I remember the way you try but don’t know how to lie

Oh, the way you get upset without any reason
And the way you speak so fast without meaning is fun

But still you have that sparkling heart so frank and sensitive
So be the person as you are now as long as you live

Love Letter

Welcome! Now I am here meeting you all again in a new week.Yes,I wrote this poem keeping in mind a man writing a letter to his love about leaving her due to his own reasons. Its not very unusual thing about leaving so and so but You will find him encouraging his love to keep moving on though he is not there for her. Some of my imaginations have been put down on words.I wanted to keep it simple and apt of what I wanted to say.So have a Nice time reading it.

Belief in Love
Dearest,
I believe in true love ,yeah! the things if it is meant to be will be
Till then wait my love, be happy and free
The things we had planned did not work out
And the number the times we failed when for our love we fought
I could recall the days we had to struggle with strain
And the times when we saw each other cry in pain
Oh my dear, I had to let you go now
Because I still believe in true love
Don’t think I am weak to let you go
Because I gathered all my strength to take up this hard blow
I will be as if I never existed
Its better done in action than said
So for now let me go without you
Its the time you can revive yourself very new
Carry on my love to keep your balance in your life
Where there may be days with happiness and days with strife
Stand up and mark things what all you wanted in life to do
Your dedication to your work will make your quagmire break through
For I am sure that our love will be answered one day
On that day, we will join hands and sing with gay (happiness)
With clarity in mind and in heart forever young
In heavens high above, our love song will be sung
Yours Love ,

We Are Never Alone !

No matter what
There are angles watching and guarding you with their presence
I feel it is extremely important to share this story
Read what I have got
From those very few who had near death experience
Have come to say and share with you about the God's glory
When I read it , I believe
There is really someone who gives and receive
Everything that our life has to offer us
From our birth to death ,theirs someone beside
US

TRUE STORY (Author Unknown)
This is a true story that occurred in 1994 and is told by Lloyd Glenn: Throughout our lives we are blessed with spiritual experiences, some of which are very sacred and confidential, and others, although sacred, are meant to be shared. Last summer my family had a spiritual experience that had a lasting and profound impact on us, one we feel must be shared. It's a message of love. It's a message of regaining perspective, and restoring proper balance and renewing priorities. In humility, I pray that I might, in relating this story, give you a gift my little son, Brian, gave our family one summer day last year.

On July 22nd I was enroute to Washington DC for a business trip. It was all so very ordinary, until we landed in Denver for a plane change. As I collected my belongings from the overhead bin, an announcement was made for Mr. Lloyd Glenn to see the United Customer Service Representative immediately.

I thought nothing of it until I reached the door to leave the plane and heard a gentleman asking every male if they were Mr. Glenn. At this point I knew something was wrong and my heart sunk. When I got off the plane a solemn-faced young man came toward me and said, "Mr. Glenn, there is an emergency at your home. I do not know what the emergency is, or who is involved, but I will take you to the phone so you can call the hospital."

My heart was now pounding, but the will to be calm took over. Woodenly, I followed this stranger to the distant telephone where I called the number he gave me for the Mission Hospital. My call was put through to the trauma center where I learned that my three-year-old son had been trapped underneath the automatic garage door for several minutes, and that when my wife had found him he was dead. CPR had been performed by a neighbor, who is a doctor, and the paramedics had continued the treatment as Brian was transported to the hospital.

By the time of my call, Brian was revived and they believed he would live, but they did not know how much damage had been done to his brain, nor to his heart. They explained that the door had completely closed on his little sternum right over his heart. He had been severely crushed. After speaking with the medical staff, my wife sounded worried but not hysterical, and I took comfort in her calmness.

The return flight seemed to last forever, but finally I arrived at the hospital six hours after the garage door had come down. When I walked into the intensive care unit, nothing could have prepared me to see my little son lying so still on a great big bed with tubes and monitors everywhere.

He was on a respirator. I glanced at my wife who stood and tried to give me a reassuring smile. It all seemed like a terrible dream. I was filled-in with the details and given a guarded prognosis. Brian was going to live, and the preliminary tests indicated that his heart was ok, two miracles in and of themselves. But only time would tell if his brain received any damage.

Throughout the seemingly endless hours, my wife was calm. She felt that Brian would eventually be all right. I hung on to her words and faith like a lifeline. All that night and the next day Brian remained unconscious. It seemed like forever since I had left for my business trip the day before.

Finally at two o'clock that afternoon, our son regained consciousness and sat up uttering the most beautiful words I have ever heard spoken. He said, "Daddy hold me" and he reached for me with his little arms.

By the next day he was pronounced as having no neurological or physical deficits, and the story of his miraculous survival spread throughout the hospital. You cannot imagine our gratitude and joy. As we took Brian home we felt a unique reverence for the life and love of our Heavenly Father that comes to those who brush death so closely.

In the days that followed there was a special spirit about our home. Our two older children were much closer to their little brother. My wife and I were much closer to each other, and all of us were very close as a whole family. Life took on a less stressful pace.Perspective seemed to be more focused, and balance much easier to gain and maintain. We felt deeply blessed. Our gratitude was truly profound.
The story is not over....

Almost a month later to the day of the accident, Brian awoke from his afternoon nap and said, "Sit down mommy. I have something to tell you." At this time in his life, Brian usually spoke in small phrases, so to say a large sentence surprised my wife. She sat down with him on his bed and he began his sacred and remarkable story. "Do you remember when I got stuck under the garage door? Well it was so heavy and it hurt really bad. I called to you, but you couldn't hear me. I started to cry, but then it hurt too bad. And then the 'birdies' came."

"The birdies?" my wife asked puzzled.

"Yes," he replied. "The birdies made a whooshing sound and flew into the garage. They took care of me."

"They did?"

"Yes" he said. "One of the birdies came and got you. She came to tell you I got stuck under the door."

A sweet reverent feeling filled the room. The spirit was so strong and yet lighter than air. My wife realized that a three-year-old had no concept of death and angels, so he was referring to the beings who came to him from beyond as "birdies" because they were up in the air like birds that fly.

"What did the birdies look like?" she asked.

Brian answered, "They were so beautiful. They were dressed in white, all white. Some of them had green and white. But some of them had on just white."

"Did they say anything?"

"Yes" he answered. "They told me the baby would be alright."

"The baby?" my wife asked confused.

Brian answered. "The baby laying on the garage floor." He went on, "You came out and opened the garage door and ran to the baby. You told the baby to stay and not leave."

My wife nearly collapsed upon hearing this, for she had indeed gone and knelt beside Brian's body and seeing his crushed chest and recognizable features, knowing he was already dead, she looked up around her and whispered, "Don't leave us Brian, please stay if you can." As she listened to Brian telling her the words she had spoken, she realized that his soul had left his body and was looking down from above on this little lifeless form. "Then what happened?" she asked.

"We went on a trip." He said, "far, far away." He grew agitated trying to say the things he didn't seem to have the words for. My wife tried to calm and comfort him, and let him know it would be okay. He struggled with wanting to tell something that obviously was very important to him, but finding the words was difficult. "We flew so fast up in the air.

They're so pretty Mommy." he added. "And there is lots and lots of birdies." My wife was stunned. Into her mind the sweet comforting spirit enveloped her more soundly, but with an urgency she had never before known.

Brian went on to tell her that the "birdies" had told him that he had to come back and tell everyone about the "birdies". He said they brought him back to the house and that a big fire truck, and an ambulance were there. A man was bringing the baby out on a white bed and he tried to tell the man that the baby would be okay, but the man couldn't hear him. He said the birdies told him he had to go with the ambulance, but they would be near him. He said, they were so pretty and so peaceful, and he didn't want to come back.

Then the bright light came. He said that the light was so bright and so warm, and he loved the bright light so much. Someone was in the bright light and put their arms around him, and told him, "I love you but you have to go back. You have to play baseball, and tell everyone about the birdies." Then the person in the bright light kissed him and waved bye-bye. Then woosh, the big sound came and they went into the clouds.

The story went on for an hour. He taught us that "birdies" were always with us, but we don't see them because we look with our eyes and we don't hear them because we listen with our ears. But they are always there, you can only see them in here (he put his hand over his heart). They whisper the things to help us to do what is right because they love us so much.

Brian continued, stating, "I have a plan, Mommy. You have a plan. Daddy has a plan. Everyone has a plan. We must all live our plan and keep our promises. The birdies help us to do that cause they love us so much."

In the weeks that followed, he often came to us and told all, or part of it again and again. Always the story remained the same. The details were never changed or out of order. A few times he added further bits of information and clarified the message he had already delivered. It never ceased to amaze us how he could tell such detail and speak beyond his ability when he spoke of his "birdies".

Everywhere he went, he told strangers about the "birdies". Surprisingly, no one ever looked at him strangely when he did this. Rather, they always got a softened look on their face and smiled. Needless to say, we have not been the same ever since that day, and pray we never will be.

Woof! Woof! Woof! I Try

The following poem was written in memory of my pet dog named Caesar who got lost himself oneday.

SHOW ME THE WAY

*****************************************************
Woof! Do you know where I was born?
Woof! I can’t even think it now
Woof! The time is really getting on

Woof! And now I am really lone

Woof! I can’t even dare to breathe
Woof! Nor I have enough food to eat
Woof! I am like a bird lost its way
Woof! If you ever know please say

Caesar, I am called by my family
Now I lost it because I am silly
God only knows which way I go
Up to the world high and low

Woof! Woof! Woof! , I cry ,
To find my lost world , I try .

The Inside Of The Moon

The below poem is based on the concept of how the moon and mystery inside the earth triggered my imagination of some invisible life in the Moon.

INVISIBLE SAPIENS (IN THE MOON)

Birds in air and angles in sky fly
On the other side of the rainbow a planet lies
Stars and comets in the open space
Fire Liquid at the Earth's Base
See the moon where our ancestors live
Good, they are together like honeybees in a hive
They have their own culture and tradition
Also the women there have their own fashion
The singers above sing like a nightingale
Sleeping on the sweet breeze as they sail
There’s no pollution because for absent air
The climate, not hot nor cold but fair
There’s no violence for the lack of weapon
Dear! Because they are all invisible
SAPIENS

A love story of the Moon with the clouds " The Moon shy away as he plays... "

A little about the Moon:
The Moon is a wonderful ball of crust much smaller in size than our Earth .The interior of the moon is cooler than that of the earth. The moon is divided into four parts :the crust, rigid lithospheric mantle,non-rigid mantle and the core. The crust is always dry and dusty and the core is assumed to be a iron-rock .The recent discovery of water on the moon brings hope that there is life revolving around the moon .

Neil Armstorng , a NASA astronomer is the first man to land on the moon.Chandrayaan-1 launched from India's Satish Dhawan Space Centre on October 21, began orbiting the moon on November 8.The first images of the moon's coldest, darkest craters are being studied by scientists, after they were captured by a radar flying aboard India's Chandrayaan-1 spacecraft. Scientists are also using Nasa's radar instrument (Mini-SAR) to map and search the insides of the craters for water ice.The scientist are researching more of the moon and some day ,we get to see more of the moon like we see the earth .

As the moonlight breaks the darkness of the night
The magic of your presence is felt tight
The coldness brings more closeness to your scent
I breath in your flavor and my loneliness went
We fly high in love over the Moon
Dancing till dawn hypnostised by its tune

A love story of the Moon with the clouds " The Moon shy away as he plays...... "

Coming Home Soon

For everyone, a Home is a sweet home with their loved ones surrounding you always. And for a warrior (our military people), going to their home is a very precious journey. His lover who was in the world filled with dark without his being near awaits his arrival It sends a sweet sense of satisfaction when she hears of  his arrival. That is the best day of her life.I wrote this poem "Coming Home Soon" as a letter from the Warrior to his love that he is will be arriving soon to home with victory.

Letter for you (from your love who went for war)

I am coming home my love after this war
I am doing all my best to win every hour
Oh, don’t you cry for me.... I am okay here
I have still more days to live, so have no fear
Though in these days where we are quite far away
Close your eyes and think of me dear...you can see my face
I am always with you in what ever you do and where ever you go
My love like a cascade in your heart it will always flow
I have gone to save my country where you my love live
So blow your butterfly kiss to me, which you always give
My baby in your womb is proud to have a father like me
Brave and strong so one day like me he could be
I am on way to home soon, I won’t be long
So my dear, stay happy and be strong
We will win one day, till that day... I dedicate to you, this song

BOYZONE (Coming Home NOW...)

Have fun watching the song....cu guys...

Short Poem

A short poem of Business .I wrote this in  90's.You can see the innocent way of  my poem being reflected.

SHORT STORY

“CREAMS is my business”, a fat stern man said
To his daily customers as he fed
I started when I was eighteen
And a very good sales man I had been

At that time my shop was very small
And for the people I have to go and call
I have suffered much in those days
Struggling to call people in every way
I, at twenty, married a lady named Ham buck
When she came, she carried with her luck
We two worked hard to live
And now we have enough food and money to give
This is my short time story to say
To all people who come in my way

My Search....My History

Here is my next poem......I Wrote this after seeing ??guessed right...the film mummy...you might think to ask me,"what you write poems after seeing films, huh?".The fact is,yes and no.As a kid,I have a tendency to be absorbed into movies and that really affected the inner me like Titanic. As a result,My imagination comes into writing ...note each sentence end

HISTORY
This poem was written keeping in mind a small kid very playful and how the secret mummies made him a man who is born to develop a history

“Alas! Below the sand, she was found
With fleshes of sand build up around
Arms and thighs ready to break
Don’t move it for goodness sake”
These words are said by an Egyptian
For all mummies he was a great fan

His father is an archaeologist
Who made him study through his fist
He used to curse him for all he did
After he was then a little kid
Nothing made him sincere in his work (kid)
But he (kid) goes to play with a sudden jerk

Once he was asked to come with his father
To visit the place of treasure (mummies) together
He (kid) was struck by the sight of mummies
And a hunger of study hit up his tummy
Then every night without his father’s knowledge he goes to that place
And started gathering information about the lost race

Now, he was thirty and his search still goes on
And the history was developing for which he was born.

TITANIC Poem - A One Man Story Begins ...

Hiya , I am posting my oldest and best poem "TITANIC". I wrote this after watching this touching movie...I was really touched that it ended me in writing a poem about it.

This poem is based on a man, the Captain’s best pal and First Officer William McMaster Murdoch.Murdoch was the officer in charge at the bridge when the Titanic struck the iceberg on 14 April 1912. There are varying accounts as to what orders Murdoch gave in order to avoid collision with the iceberg. Also he is depicted as an honest officer who struggled to save the people from sinking but at last committed suicide on the great Titanic regretting his mistake of killing a man. Read the poem to get more out of it and notice that each sentence ends with rhyming end.

TITANIC ( A one man story begins…………) By Uma Maheswari.A
This poem is based on a man, the Captain’s best pal First Officer William McMaster Murdoch who struggled to save the people from sinking but at last committed suicide on the great Titanic regretting that he was the cause of death of a person who sailed in the great ship

To read the book of the Sea
I started my life as a sailor
I traveled in a ship named titanic
Which I never knew, at end, would wreck
I saw all kinds of people, young and old
And the rich people dressed in emery and gold
To the view I could reach, I see
A tiny dot, the head of the harbor
I saw a baby boy cry so high
Which startled a brown-bearded guy
I went to the deck to look below
To view how beautiful the water flows
And to see how the shark paddles is fun
Under the great ship which runs

I could see my captain eyes so proud
Looking gracefully around the moving crowd
I went near him and gave him a smile
He said, “Oh! My boy we are almost near Nile”
Then at noon, I was asked to dine in a precious hall
Where good sketches and rare paintings decorated the wall
Sipping in great anticipation of pleasure
We made a simulating conversion of Titanic as treasure
Nearly three thousand people were on our sand
Along with merry cookers and bright solo band
Each had their own enjoyment and party,
The Upper class with wine and the Lower with tea

Deep fear and horror struck my heart
When I heard of the ship going to have its last bath
Hit by the glacier gave the ship a big hole
Which is going to swallow the life of the whole
Sunset cloud carved with soft knife fill the sky
And our titanic with the pride of a tiger slowly moves by
Inside , the captain and the crew started away to find
A way to escape with a heavy heart and disordered mind
Soon the message spread out like swarm of bees in the air
And there seemed confused face with wrath everywhere
Soon plans are made to carry women and children in boats
Proving them and the next batch with swimming coat
Some men’s were fierce to escape and so made fuss
Yet some slept in silence in bed since they felt hopeless
Measures were made fast to preclude water from all places
Fighting with life and the water in a rat race

Bad! At last ,the ship was being sucked in like a dog’s bone
And some people nearly flat with fright gave a dull moan
One by one, the boats went on as it was decided
In front of those men who are growing pale and red
The great ship was being sucked in very fast
And still thousands of people were left at last
Our captain the real men was sad enough to miss
So went inside his room to give the ship his last kiss
Like bomb blast, waters stroke into the windows
Everywhere I could hear people cry and their furious roars
People who told that it was pleasure to travel in titanic
Now started to blame the ship feeling tired and sick

I tried to control the people with my gun
Targeting at those people who tried to run
Becoming rage at a man going away from my will
Off I got my gun and aimed at him to kill
He fell down giving me a startling look near my arm
And all the people around me was shocked to calm
Ashamed of my work, I aimed at my head with my pistol
I shot with a sudden jerk and down I fell
I could no more hear the cries coming from the Titanic ship
A wonderful treasure, which we had and still keep
